Kaun Hai MASTER? Kya Hai PLAN?' is a participatory toolkit designed by Social Design Collaborative and supported by SEWA - for workshops by the Main Bhi Dilli campaign to help spread awareness within communities typically left out of planning processes on Delhi's upcoming Master Plan 2041 and how they could engage with it. Activities cover the different chapters of the Master Plan from Housing, Physical infrastructure & Transport to Public Space, Heritage, Environment & Livelihoods using maps, mascots, ballot charts and bindis. As Delhi prepares its 4th Master Plan for the next 20 years, DDA and NIUA have been holding online consultations in a bid to reach out to the residents.

How can we increase the reach of this civic participation? How can we ensure that more vulnerable communities that are typically left out of masterplanning process can be heard this time? What role can we play in this?
