Institute of Social Sciences Trust (ISST) partnered with HomeNet South Asia to develop a training manual to strengthen the collective voice, rights, and recognition of women home-based workers (HBWs) across South Asia. At its core, it is gender-transformative as it centers the lived experiences of women workers, challenges systems of inequality, and fosters transformative solidarity.
In addition, this manual is designed to offer a comprehensive tool kit to assist in addressing Gender Based Violence among women HBW through training sessions.
