AASTHA

Threatened Species Threatened Spaces, is an art project by Artist Anais Beaulieu and Alliance Francaise. It travels to three cities Delhi, Pune, Trivandrum before its final exhibition at Jaipur.

The objective of this project is to engage with local communities who are in involved in conservation, waste, environment, democracy, and equality, especially those who are under a certain threat themselves.

Create with them works of art, on waste, collected with them, in cities, and embroider the patterns and imprints of threatened spaces, and create a conversation through art and embroidery on the implications and ideas of disappearance, change, and threats.
